Your first subscription payment
If Vigil is not the right fit, request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription payment. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. We offer a full refund of that initial subscription payment; a reason is helpful but is not required.
This initial-purchase offer applies once per customer and does not cover separately purchased media-credit packs or third-party charges. Your legal rights and any greater protection available through Paddle continue to apply.
Cancel future renewals
You can cancel at any time using the subscription controls in your account or the Paddle customer portal linked from your payment receipt. You can also request cancellation through Paddle Buyer Support.
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available until the end of the period you have already paid for. It does not automatically refund that period. Cancelling Vigil does not stop campaigns or subscriptions held directly with an advertising platform or another provider.
Renewals and partial billing periods
After the initial refund window, subscription payments and renewals are generally non-refundable, and we do not routinely provide prorated refunds for unused days or an unused part of an annual term.
If you believe a renewal was charged incorrectly, or you could not cancel because of a service problem, contact us promptly. We will review billing errors and material service failures individually. Mandatory withdrawal and refund rights, including any rights that apply to annual renewals in your country, take priority over this policy.
Separately purchased media credits
AI image and video generation can incur provider costs when a generation runs. Separately purchased credit packs are refundable on request within 14 calendar days only if the pack is entirely unused. Once credits from that pack have been consumed, the pack is generally non-refundable, except where law or Paddle’s policy requires otherwise.
If a generation fails and you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, send the job details to support. We will check the record and correct an erroneous deduction. This is separate from whether a completed creative result matches your preferences. No provision here restricts remedies for defective or misdescribed services.
How to request a refund
Email refund@vigilgrowth.com with the account email, payment date and transaction or receipt number. Do not send your full card details or password. For Paddle purchases, you may instead use the support link on your receipt or visit paddle.net.
Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout and processes the refund to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear after processing. We will confirm the outcome of your request; submitting a request outside the initial-purchase offer does not guarantee a discretionary refund.
Your statutory rights come first
This policy adds to your rights; it does not replace or limit rights that cannot be waived. If applicable law or Paddle’s transaction terms provide a longer withdrawal period or another remedy, that protection applies.
Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to Paddle transactions. Refund eligibility may differ by country and type of purchase. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and defective services should be reported for review even if the usual refund window has passed.
After a refund
A refunded subscription or credit purchase may have its associated access or unused allowance removed. Refunds do not grant a right to continue using a paid service without payment. We may decline requests involving fraud or abuse, subject always to applicable law.
